WHO WE ARE
The Virtual F-16 Viper Demonstration Team is the virtual replication of Air Combat Command's 20th Fighter Wing F-16 Demonstration Team on the flight simulator DCS World.
Our mission is to honor the dedication and sacrifice of America's armed forces and their families, inspire national pride, and demonstrate the capabilities of the world's premier multirole fighter aircraft. Through our precise, powerful, and inspirational flight demonstration, we aim to celebrate the spirit of innovation, teamwork, and excellence that defines our great nation.
50 Years of the F-16
1974 - 2024
The General Dynamics YF-16 prototype made its first flight on January 20th, 1974, and has since proven itself as the world's premier multi-role fighter aircraft. During the 2024 show season, our team is dedicating our performances to every individual who has had involvement in the development, manufacturing, support, maintenance, and employment of the F-16 for the past 50 years.
60 Years of YGBSM
1956 - 2026
​This historic year we celebrate America’s 250th birthday and the 60th anniversary of the YGBSM “Wild Weasels”. The 20th Fighter Wing is the the leading force in suppression of enemy air defense systems, Weasels continue to run wild on the battlefield ensuring the protection of our strike packages by eliminating ground based radars and air defenses using anti-radiation weapons.

VVDT Final Tour
2018 - 2026
A bit closer to home, 2026 marks our 5th season on DCS World. We are incredibly grateful to have been able to perform in so many amazing events. With that said, our leadership has chosen to make this upcoming season our final year flying the demonstration. Though our members will remain active in the community, we believe that it’s time for another team to fly the profile. These four events are your last chance to see our performance live, so mark your calendars!
